Community portal and Joomla integration and other scripts

We have a community portal that is now almost 80% finished I think. This is now the 8th time this has been posted. Last guy had this project for over 3 weeks and has nothing to show us. The frontend portal is in Joomla 1.0 (ideally I think we should upgrade to 1.5) and then we had UBB Threads 7.3 for our existing, live forum, but we are changing over to Vbulletin, which is installed now but we need to customize it to fit our whole scheme (maybe you could design something better or go with what we have - whatever is quicker and easiest and looks best). We also have added VBcredits, which has been installed. Some minor issues of styles and themes need to be reviewed and maybe some help with that as well. We want a seamless interaction for the portal and Vbulletin forums/message board. Once you create an account it is good anywhere and also be able to use API's on the front page like hot posts or teaser posts, etc. Also, there is a javascript calendar that is still not right and needs to be fixed and linked with Events. There is a list of things to do yet on the Joomla side, but just some minor stuff like deleting a few things, moving some things, and adding some things like an auction, classifieds,real estate and trip planner area or page or popup. We also have a flash map which we would like to have integrated to the business directory model where you would see the business, there would also be their map taken from the flash map already (kind of like how google does it, but its not google, its our own map). finally, any ideas to make it even better would be appreciated. Color? Graphics? Layout? Scripts? So, need javascript, Joomla, PHP or Perl for other items like the auction, classifieds, trip planner, etc., and flash knowledge. PM for full details. I would like to finally get done with this project and move on to some other exciting things we are doing.
