Convert Cached HTML site to Wordpress

Hi Guys..i am looking for someone who can set up a cached HTML site on my server, i would prefer if this complete site can be changed to wordpress mainting the same URLs. I bought the domain name few days back and hence want someone to set up everything on that domain. Keep in mind that i do not have any website files, all the website URLs are cached. Let me know if you can do it.
