Please see the uploaded the design of the dashboard management interface we would like. We need the HTML and javascript coded to provide the functionality as indicated below. We just need a generic page created which we would dynamically create using PERL later. - We would like you to use the Yahoo UI libraries ([login to view URL]) for the desired UI effects such as drag & drop and sortables. You can use jQuery for DOM element creation and selection, but not effects. (See pdf file: the header doesn't need to be coded - it is only provided for context) - Small arrows appear when hovering over cells or rows. - Each cell on the left can dragged from the left search bar and dropped in the management area on the right, where it would become a new row under the group or subgroup where you dragged it. The right section (the "drop area") needs to be highlighted whenever something is being dragged from the left. - Multiple cells can be selected on the left by holding down 'Ctrl'. These cells can then be dragged at the same time. - The left search bar needs to search the list of cells. For an example, see: [login to view URL] - Each row on the right can be dragged up or down like a sortable list. If a row is dragged to a different group, it needs to prompt whether to move the dragged row, or add a copy of it to the group where it was dropped. - Clicking on the circle X of a row deletes the row. - Groups and subgroups along with their children rows need to be draggable as well - Clicking on the arrow of a group on the right needs to collapse the group. - Clicking on "Add a new service group" button adds a new group in the management area. - Clicking on "Add new subgroup" in the group bar adds a subgroup to that group. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE 6+, Firefox
