Computer company in need of a custom designed database for the cloud integrated with Google Apps. You will be required to write up specifications with us that will be used for contact management, customer work orders/sales orders and scheduling. Integration with Google Contacts and Calendaring is required as well as Gmail login for authentication (willing to consider OpenID or other recommendations). All work must be open source using standard technologies. Absolutely NO Microsoft technologies will be permitted. Your experience with OOP such as CakePHP, AJAX, and other OOP will put you to the front of the line for this bid.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

Most of you requested I provide more details. I have created a list of requirements/specifications that are about 90% complete so you can more accurately bid on this job. I decided to remove calendaring and simplify the situation. Please understand that this list is still slightly incomplete and you will be required to input additional small features/requests as they come up but this should not change the scope and general idea of what is needed.
Contact Management
1.) To be integrated with Gmail/Google Contacts so that we may email customers.
2.) Customer email will be stored and used for sending order updates.
3.) Management of contact information (add, delete, edit, etc..
4.) Company, Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phones/Phone Types, Cells/Cell Providers, Emails
5.) Company name will be contact name if no company exists or unknown
6.) Only domain authenticated users may work with work orders (except client login below).
Work Orders
1.) Creation of work orders and use of work order numbers
2.) Creation Date/Time, ETA Date, Completion Date
3.) Drop down list for status of work order (Checked In, In Progress, Appointment Set, Waiting on Customer, Waiting on Parts, Preparing, Done, Void)
4.) Work order considered open with all statuses except Preparing, Done & Void)
5.) Send updates to customers email/text asking to log in for updated status (send summary with initial message).
6.) Assigned Rep (edit list)
7.) PC Make, Model, Serial, OS, RAM, HD
8.) Line items for parts or service ordered and their cost

Customers Work Order Portal
1.) Client logs in using email as username and work order number as password. Password emailed with every email/SMS. Email not to be customers primary record ID.
2.) Log customer log-ins in work order log
3.) View text fields required except Internal Tech Notes and include all info on client except name/contact info
4.) Allow customer to add notes to log and log IP, date/time.
Admin Portal
1.) Make default page for login of domain users
2.) Display list of work orders in order of status then date/time. Line items clickable to view/edit item
3.) Allow only viewing of work order status
4.) Search function in most fields
