Custom Live Streaming Component

Hi, We are looking for a developer that specializes in Live Streams. We are looking to have a component built from scratch similar to competitors like stickam.com. Currently we are using Videowhisper as our streaming source but the audio/video quality is not that great. I did not have plans to custom build a component but if the price is right and the expertise is present, we may go for it. A basic overview of what we are looking for: Broadcast Settings: - Similar to videowhisper and [login to view URL], when a user initiates a live stream, their broadcast view will pop up. - Similar to Stickam, we want to allow the user to enable/disable 6 guest cams while the user is streaming. - User should have the option to to choose aspect ratio: 4:3 or 16:9 (Widescreen) - User should have broadcasting options for quality: Basic or Advanced (Advanced would include Flash Media Live Encoder, Tricaster, Wirecast) - User should have bandwidth quality: Low, medium or High or Auto adjust - Camer Options, Audio Input Options and Audio Gain levels - Live description text (Appear on stream) The Live Streaming Component will need to include a custom text chat module that integrates with our current community usernames. Our site is Joomla based using Jomsocial as a content manager. User's should be able to text chat within the streaming module. Recording video will be something we'll be adding in later so it would be good to have this component built to enable recording. That should be enough information for now. Note that we need the very best in video and audio streaming quality. We need full control of the component so that it's customizable etc. Please let me know you previous experience with similar types of jobs. Thanks, Brandon
