Custom Wordpress Posting Plugin

I want to get a wordpress plug in that enables the registered users of the blog can post articles from the index page itself. The Custom Posting Form should be able to upload one mp3 file(must upload), one image file , title, post content, tags(with ajax suggestion) and category. The url of the mp3 file and photo file should be entered as the values of two custom fields in the wordpress database. ## Deliverables The size of the plugin should be of 300 * 250 . User should be able to login from the pulgin itself.
