Customization needed for Hotel Booking Script

I have the Hotel Booking Script from [login to view URL] and it only supports one language, I want the option the have more languages. I will only need Spanish & English for now but, I will be adding more languages in the future, so this should be done in a way that I could easily add more languages if needed in the future. I would like to have the option to switch languages in both Back & Front end of the script. I will be doing many more customization to this script so I need someone with very good PHP, MySql, JavaScript, HTML & CSS knowledge. Keep in mind that this script sends confirmation emails after booking and payments, the email has to be in the same language they fill out the form. The script already has an [login to view URL] in the locale folder which includes all the English text with php shortcode, so this should take long to set it up.
