DMR Script and XML coding

Hello bidders. I am in need of a programmer who has experience in internet marketing. PHP and XML coding experience a must. I have two separate jobs I'll need done. 1: I need a Double Meta Refresh script written that works with all browsers, 100% NO LEAKAGE. Further details on what I need with this script will be sent if I like your response to job post. 2: I need some to code my Wordpress site with an XML feed. This feed will be a tag that is provided by another party that will display ads on my page. There are two ways that the ads will be called. First, a variable will need to be placed at the end of the destination url for keyword such as 'shoes' that will need to call the ads for 'shoes' on the landing page. Second, if someone performs a search in the search bar on my Wordpress page, the search will need to call the ads for the searched keyword. Let me know what questions you have.
