Data Scrapping to get data from website dynamically and send notification

Hello, I'm looking for an expert in data scrapping. [login to view URL] is a website for the SaudiAirlines to book flights. The project is to develop a webpage which will make a post request to that website with same details (i.e. from,to,date ... etc) with additional time period (from-to) and then look for available flights. If there is available flights on that specific date and time, send a notification email attaching the full html of the page to specific email (entered before). if not, keep going searching until you find, or I manually stop it, or the departure date expires. So, there will be a list of the running tasks with an option to stop it. In addition to the request details, there will be additional field to specify how frequent you want to run the request (for example, every 5 minutes, 10 minutes). and also a date when you want to stop the request automatically. The main requirement is to continuously finding a flight, when you find send notification with a list of requests to stop it and relieve the server.
