Dating Website completion

MAS is currently accepting bids for the following project. We have had contact with several companies about this project who in no way envisioned this project’s scope. The project will be include php, mysql, and javascript. Please reply to this email with a bid that includes US Dollar cost, approximate time needed to complete the project, and your current availability to do this project. The html is near finished. The Database is finished but may need some reworking. The javascript is near complete for each page. We need the html finished, the php and sql done, tidy up the database, and handle the payment gateway installation. The site has some complicated issues like there are 3 levels of membership, men can only search women and women can only search men. There is also internal messaging. There is a simple search and an advanced search that has keyword search capability. We will sell memberships and flowers on the site. The site also features a powerful admin area. In this admin area the managers can review and edit all new and revised profiles. If a user revises his/her profile, their profile would remain unchanged until the revisions were approved by management. We only need to screen and have available the information from their profile in which they enter text, this includes something like 12 values from the profile. I think our database is now lacking a temporary table to hold these values until they can be approved. Management can also add/remove countries from the flower delivery zone. This controls the behavior of the flower icon in each person’s profile. If the profile is from one of the countries of our flower delivery zone and the user clicks the flower icon on this profile he would be sent to page that displays flowers available and pricing for that country. If the profile is outside of the flower delivery zone the user would be redirected to an outside commercial flower company’s website via a child window. The manager would also have the ability to send and check internal messages within the admin portal. Here we can read messages from the contact us page. We can also send mail out to users in groups like all women, all men, all free members, all Basic members, all Premium members and so on. The last feature of the admin is the content manager. Here we can type information on the page that will be uploaded to the server and be displayed for the homepage, love overseas, visa info, about us, disclaimer, testimonials, faqs, and newsfree, newsBasic, and NewsPremium pages. The links for news aren’t complete in the beta we have running now. We have 3 news pages, 1 for each membership level. The site must determine their membership level and choose the appropriate news page to show. Also, these pages should accept different font sizes, bold, underlined text, and links. Currently they do not. The login info should be kept in the database for real time access from the homepage and chat program. Internal components out side of the links at the top of the site should be denied access without proper login. The user should be logged out if they navigate away from the site or close the window. The current programming for the site will not be available.
