A Uni-level MLM System

We need **a simple uni-level MLM system to track a networking affiliate program**. There would be no limit on how many direct downlines that an affiliate member could recruit, but there must be a limit on vertical levels of downlines that he or she would earn override commissions. It would go down to five to eight levels that an upline affiliate could make commissions based on the sales of his or her downlines. The system should be flexable enough so that we could adjust the verticle levels (five to eight) and the commission rate of each level. There might be different commission rate for different levels. Here are some simple rules: 1. every member needs to buy at least $60 products per month in order to earn override commissions; 2. if a member does not purchase for that month, the commission will be paid to his upper line, until when the member buys and reach the quota again, then he will re-start to earn override commission; and 3. non-member can also buy. but no discount. An upline affiliate can easily check his or her downline affiliates' sales info through a tree view interface. The system must support English, Spanish, and Chinese, so affiliates from different countries could sign up and understand of the content of the site. Please show your real understanding of the project. No advertising statement will be read. You must have an experience in programming MLM system. Please provide related demo sites to prove you know MLM and have ability to program such a system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
