You will be working with marketing people and a PRINT designer ... people who know good design but who are NOT web programmers. It will not just be a programming project. It needs to be a thing of beauty also. Simple, engaging and easy-to-use. You will work with our designer to develop the right look. Basically, we want a site that allows us to present our portfolio and a blog ... and is very SIMPLE and BOLD and fun to visit. This could be a good portfolio piece for you as well. We do NOT like most of the templates that are out there because they are either very cumbersome to work with or the home page is just a clutter of text. Our agency has a new logo and a totally new look. The old website is outdated (although it does contain the basic information that we want). The OLD website is www.envision623.com. This is for information only. However, the main areas of the site MUST be up AND functional and working on all common browsers by no later that September 28. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a requirement of the job. This is a very tight time frame. I have attached several images that show our logo - in our office, on our sign, on our note cards. This is just to give an idea of the colors and the look. We will provide all the graphics that you will need -- the logo, the portfolio images, and anything else you may need. We will also provide the text, but to begin the project we will not have the final text ready. The site needs to be easy for us to maintain. I can do html pages in Dreamweaver. Any blog pages or slide show pages would need to have a database and an easy-to-use admin page. If it is too complex, we will not keep it current.
