Add 2-3 Functionality to Joomla component

Hello, I have installed a joomla component, its a recruitment component. It's joom-bah jobs component. I need to add 3 simple functionalities to it. If you have previous experience in customising joomla component or an extension then this should be simple job. I will not award the project or even add a milestone until u kind of prove me that yoou are capable of the job...so in short don't waste time if you have no previous experience of customising joomla extensions/ component.
