Description Banner management system. 1) Create a banner management system, this can be a modification of the existing banner management system or some other open source solution. 2) There are three zones: Top_Banner, Right_Banner, and Left_Banner. This is the same for every page on the web site. 3) This need to work on all pages of all four web Applications (Joomla, Magento, PHPbb, Gallery) 4) Banners will be served according to the URL. This means it is possible to have different banners for each and every page. 5) I suggest (but is up to the programmer) that the banner be placed in each of the applications template or skin file. The call to the banner server should include the URL for a lookup of that URL to determine what files to load. 6) Include in logic should be a default banner for all three zones is there is no URL matchint in the database. 7) Admin function should be able to set (by URL) the file to Use and the hyperlink for the destination when clicked. 8) Should recognize the SEO freildly URL’s the re-write engine uses for Joomla and Magento. 9) Right_Banner and Left_Banner are simply Jpegs, png or gifs. Programer should indicate what size is optimal according to the template. 10) The Top_Banner will call a flash banner.
