Converting my site to Joomla

Here is the deal. I need someone to convert my site, [login to view URL] into Joomla 1.5. I already setted up some part. It has to be done fast and I need someone who is available at least 10 hours a day. The deal will be as following, you will receive 25% of all income of the next three months + the bid you make. The income will be big since I will sell drivers, dll files, manuals, process and virus info. I NEED A JOOMLA EXPERT for this. Requirements: 1. Phoca download should be used 2. The site should be almost exactly the same 3. Paypal download manager should be used The site already receives quite some visitors daily but I will also heavily promote the site through Google Adwords. YOU NEED YAHOO MESSENGER for this project, I need to be able to be in touch with you through phone and messenger a lot.
