Designing Greeting Card Selling Site

I would like to hire some one, who could design a site to sell Greeting Cards. The site should contain an option which is given in Linked in, and some freelancing site to acquire email ids from their email contact list. Also since this is an e-commerce site, i would like to integrate Paypal, since Paypal seems to be costly, i would like to integrate EBS(E-Billing Services). Also there should be an option for every member to maintain a contact database, this should be designed to acquire contacts from site such as Plaxo, etc. There should be an option for the client to load currency with the site and to maintain an account.
I am very much open to your suggesstions, i have posted the project for maximum number of days, i am ready to close the project once, i would get a provider. Lowest bid would win
