I am looking to hire someone who can build Avatar Application for my Goautodial/ViciDial Predictive Dialer. When an agent is on a call they should be able to play pre-recorded messages based on the question asked in the call.

Example:

Once a call was established, the normal screen pop appears to the agent along with a list of pre-recorded messages, a live agent will click the buttons and it will play a pre-recorded Intro verbiage, rebuttals, etc.. The live person asks a questions and agent clicks a button for the appropriate response.

# Application will use pre-recorded messages to sales pitch, rebuttals, call to customers by clicking a button.

# Need Admin page with options to create own buttons and to upload voice files to the server it should be based on campaign requirements

# When agent logged in I want to play a specific pre-recorded massage i.e Please Mute your Mic or its auto mute agents Mic when its in Avatar mode.

# If needed agent can bring in a live supervisor in the call as well.

# If needed agent can transfer live call.
