a)Handle 20 different autoresponder lists (e-courses)
With the list I mean a sequel of up to 50 emails which are following one after the other in a certain interval
b)The interval could be different for each autoresponder list and the interval could even vary inside one autoresponder list
c)Handle Email-parsing or detection for incoming emails from PayPal or Clickbank so that the new person enrolled automatically through the different systems without any person to watch over it
d)Handle up to 50 different emails per autoresponder list
e)Allow the email to be in HTML design instead of plain text
f) Personalise the outgoing emails.
g) Personalisation should be possible in the body and the subject line

j)Through steering the parameter for the time-zones the system evaluates every 5 minutes whether a certain time-zone is reached and starts processing and sending
k)The system collects all emails recipients from all autoresponder lists (for this time-zone) and matches each addressee with the actual next email message to send out.
l)The system then personalises every email and sends it out to the appropriate email address
m)When that particular date is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in that time-zone the system doesn’t send out any email to the recipients in that time-zone
n)When one of the addressees wants to unsubscribe the system handles this automatically for that particular list the addressee is referring to
o)The addressee also have the possibility to suspend the sending of email for up to 10 days (not including weekend). After the suspension the system automatically resumes with the next due message. The addressee could suspend their e-course as often as they like. The addressee can’t suspend forever.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
