Additions to fantasy browser game

I am looking to upgrade my multiplayer game [url removed, login to view] login and try the game before you bid.
Here is a list of things we would like added.
1) The ability for a user to create a guild by spending painite (in game currency). That user would be able to name the guild as well as recruit and approve new members. The guild name should appear next to the username in the chat window for all guild members. Guild members would share in the rewards of beast kills. I also want the guilds to be able to fight each other in a last man standing match. Individuals could also attack guilds as well. Users have the possibility of winning or losing equipment during the fights.
2) I need an icon next to the users name in the chat window to show they are a premium user.
3) any related graphics needed to implement above ideas.
These additions must be throughly tested on a separate server to ensure they are bug free before being loaded on my server. I must be able to test it out as well and would like daily updates.
