Assess WP installation and check server functioning

The site is being developed. Multilangual (English/French) portal. A Go Daddy version of Wordpress was intalled but not functioning properly. A directory is being developped on the site. We need some technical input to do the work below: 1) Check cPanel installation on Go daddy hosting and troubleshoot, 2) Check Worpress installation on Go daddy cPanel and troubleshoot, 3) Check database tools and clear security issues, 4) Assist in installing an appropriate theme for the site, 5) Check quality and functioning of the directory developed by a third party, 6) Assist in intallation of WPML plugins (we will handle plugin and theme translation ourseleves) 7) Advise on security measures for the site to run correctly. These minor assignments must be implemented on evolutive process. This requires specific skills, availability and strong communication.
