Betfair retrieve odds and data

Hello Freelancers I am looking help to build a database of soccer results using the betfair website. I need an application that will run OR retrieve the following fields of a soccer game - Country - Championship - Date - Home team name - Away team name - The under 1.5 goal (1 minute before game start) - The over 1.5 goal (1 minute before game start) - The under 2.5 goal (1 minute before game start) - The over 2.5 goal (1 minute before game start) - First half goals under 1.5 goals - First half goals over 1.5 goals - Result in halftime (home, away, draw) - Halttime score - Final result (home, away, draw) - Final score For example here's a single record English,Barclays Premier League,27/10/2012,Arsenal,QPR,1.20,5.60,1.59,2.68,1.02,2.14,home,1-0,home,2-0 you can use , or ; if you like to seperate the fields This application, i dont know whether will be online somewhere, has to run all time. Will store from 00:00 to 23:59 all collective data and then save it in a file filename like YYYYMMDD for example [login to view URL] or .csv or whatever you like because i need then to download it and import it easily to my database for further personal calculations
