Would Like to develop 2 custom moduls for my PES PRO 2 script. The freelancer MUST have already knowledge what this script is about to I dont need to explain him what it is and how it works, and MUST SIGN papers NDCA Agreement between Me and Him Signed and Verified by country authority notary where he will agree TO THE LICENSE that he can not RESELL or any kind of RePublish the module I paid for to he develop for my website only. IF you can not do this please do not bid. All papers will be sent you for sign after we make agreement on price and all terms will be written to NDCA. Thanks.
