Create a drop down integrated with a database

Hi, we need to have a drop down function in one of our link, we already have a drop down for other links as you can se in this example:[login to view URL] If you move your mouse over certifications in the first product, you will see what we need to have done another place. We now it is a small job but it could easily bring more jobs in the future, like moving a database and site from one domaine to another, and bring our danish site up in google and yahoo search engine, and so on, as we are a small new started company wich mainly work with design and CMS (concrete5) so it could also be jobs like making addons/plug-ins for concrete5.
