Create printer-friendly page with jQuery \"print\" button

I need a printer-friendly page created to display order details from my database. See the two attached pdf files. I want the "original-layout" to be changed and look like the "new-layout" for the printer-friendly page. The page should show as many "items" as necessary for the order. It can span multiple pages, if necessary. Also, I need to change an existing page to have a "Accept" order button, "Print" button, and a check-box for "Print with driving directions?" (optional page that shows a google map and directions on printer-friendly page) which will display the printer-friendly page and pop-up the Ctrl+P print screen. I already have the Google maps API page setup. I want the "accept" order and "print" buttons to insert a time into a MySQL table when clicked. Once accepted I will give you ftp information and login to test website.
