I need an application built that can send 5 million emails per day. The application will reside on a dedicated server with the following specs: Dual E5-2620 (12/24 core), 32gb ram, 240gb Intel SSD The application must be able to do the following: Allow sub-admin users to select email list segments (sub-lists) Allow sub-admin users to upload email templates Support A/B testing Track which subscribers open and click emails and be able to export a list of subscribers that did either one of these activities by campaign Support one-click unsubscribe Tie in with two APIs to pull reporting on subscribers. Support workflow that requires admin to approve all email campaigns before they are sent. Allow payment via QuantumGateway API Open to code language but should be a web-based solution.
