I am currently working as a Javascript developer for a fortune 500 IT firm currently working on AngularJS AND jQuery. I have done many projects in angular and in freelancer also I delivered a mobile app based on angular js and angular ui so I am pretty sure I can do the job pretty fine. I am an Computer and Telecommunication Engineer. I also done this kind of project few month ago. This was related to upload tower locations on excel file to MYSQL database via PHP and display pointers to those location using Google map JavaScript API version 3. I also Draw cones for each tower to indicate lobs. I can send you a screenshot to prove that. I also use this marked map to calculate distances from desired location to near tower and check the near towers to given location etc...
