Customize my opencart website, and move to launch

1. Back up the information on the web server before you start working 2. Change the products display to grid view as a default (in categories and subcategories) 3. Can images change with options? I will like the images to change as you change new options 4. In the checkout process, when you click on estimate shipping, it calculates shipping as zero naira, please fix so the correct shipping amount shows up. 5. Change Shipping to "Delivery" 6. Add Captcha for the create account page 7. Upon creating an account users should receive an email requesting they verify their email address. No email is received. There should also be an email welcoming people to website when they create an account, 8. When you make a purchase, you do not receive an email at all This should not be so. There should be an email 9. When there is an error while signing up, the error message should show at the top of the page, as well as beside the error. 10. When an order is made, on the website, a copy of the invoice should go to an email address. Not working currently 11. Invoice should include thumbnail image of ordered items. 12. Install a helpdesk for customer support, and email notifications 13. Install an online chat support for customer server 14.
