We would like to make a daily dice feature in our forum, where some dice graphic appear on the screen at given times, and users click on it to roll it. Then depending on the dice result, they either win nothing, or they win a random item from a determined batch of item from our existing database. In that case, the item would have to be added to go to their existing inventory. There would be 2 types of dices. First Dice would appear next to the avatar, every 6 hours. When it appears, it would stay there until the user clicks it. When the user clicks it, it rolls the dice. It should be a 50 sided dice. We already have a dice feature coded for you to use as an example. Roll dice, and sided options. 50 doesn't exist but you can create it by taking example on what's already here. So when the user clicks the dice, it would say "Your dice roll is "insert number". You need to roll a 24 to win, better luck next time!" We are going to set a determined number of 24 for this dice. So if they roll anything other than a 24, the don't win anything. If they roll a 24, then the pop-up "Your dice roll is 24! Congrats you won "insert image preview of the item"" I will give you several item ids, and it would give randomly one item ids out of the ones I gave you. So then this one random item id would be added to this user inventory. (I don't have the items ids just yet, but I guess you can code everything else in the meantime?) This dice would have to be coded so that they cannot roll more than 2 dices per ip address. We have existing example of something similar, called marble feature, so if you look for how the marble is coded, you can re-use the 2 per ip address code. So once they click the dice, it rolls and disappear for 6 hours. Then 6 hours after the clicked it, it's going to reappear, and they are going to have another chance at rolling it. Second type of dice would be a dice based on how many posts per day. The counter would reset everyday at the same time. Once again you could use the same reset time as the marble for example. They would have to make 20 posts for this second dice to appear. It would be a different dice than the previous one, as in different color, but would still appear in the same spot, next to the avatar. This one would be a 50 sided as well, but the set number for this one would be 12. Same default pop-up messages when they click the dice. The random item batch for this one would be different, but I will give you the ids when I have them. This is basically the main logic, of course you can ask me more questions.
