ARABIC PROGRAMMER and WEBDESIGNER

As title describes, we are looking for Arabic designers and programmers to work hopefully on a fulltime basis. English language skills are also important but not as much as Arabic. Salary will range between $200-$300 a month based on your experience plus a bonus for speed of project completion. If you are fast then you should expect much more. You are expected to finish at least 1-2 projects a week. Projects range from small to medium to large. You will have to be versed in: - HTML - CSS - XML - W3C - PHP or .Net or both - DHTML - MySQL - Graphic design for web pages - SEO link building in relevant Arabic pages - Communication skills as owning a voip service as programmer will need to keep in touch daily. Skype or msn will do as well. - Arabic content writing - Excellent work ethic and no complaining. - Fast Script installations - Translation ability from English to Arabic PLEASE DO NOT BID IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, AGAIN, DO NOT WRITE COMMENTS ABOUT THE WAGE, IT IS A WELL KNOWN FACT THAT INDIAN WORKERS GET $300/month and much less sometimes, so NO NEED TO WRITE SMART COMMENTS, THIS IS FOR SERIOUS ONGOING MONTHLY WORK AND POSSIBLY FOR A LONG TIME. NO ENGLISH DESIGNERS PLEASE, THIS IS STRICTLY FOR ARABIC DESIGNERS. Please attach some of your ARABIC work portfolio in PMB and give us an introduction about yourself.
