Coder required for Wordpress Comment Scraper - Backend

I need a URL scraper to extract the URL's from the backend (dashboard) of my wordpress blogs. I need the scraper to be 100% capable of scraping all posted comments on ANY wordpress blog I own. I do not care for it to be user friendly, or what type of code it is coded / built in. I am a linux user, so if that helps to write a code that is to be used in a command line interface code, then that's fine with me. Whatever method is quickest and easiest, and importantly - cheapest! I just need it to function well and fast. Exactly how I want it to work: As comments are posted up onto a wordpress blog, they either get posted up instantly (auto approve), OR, automatically go into an approval list waiting for manual approval, or deletion like so: [login to view URL] I want to be able to scrape ALL the data from ALL of these comments in list. Either QUED comments waiting for approval, OR comments that have been posted straight away. The scraper MUST be able to scrape all of the data and organise it into sections that are readable. The output should be in a simple txt file. Ideally it would run as a plugin on the webhost doing this "real time" however, I don't care if I need to load it up and run it manually and run a code from a command line interface. Whichever is easiest and cheapest to develop. Most points important points are; The code must scrape: - The posted URL - The name of the poster I would like it capable of scraping the comment AND if a url and anchor text and link has been posted into a comment for example: [login to view URL] In the comment is posted "Instantglobalcashmachine com" It would be good to have any URLS in comments scraped as well. Preferably the code will scrape all the data and manage it into fields. These could be organised as simple text files or .csv files. I don't care. I just need the data, and quickly. I can explain exactly to the winner of this project what and how I will be using this data and why I need it. I just need it to function, I do not care for a GUI, or usability. I can run it from a simple CLI, I just need it quick and cheap. Talk to me and post me up a PM if you need more info.
