Develop interactive event calendar with PHP/filters

Interactive Event calendar This is a new project and it is difficult to identify what the proper project budget is at this time. The project includes 2 phases as well as possible ongoing DB and site management. For the purpose of this project, estimate the cost of each phase (Phase 1 and Phase 2) Project details: Allow registered users to post their events on an event calendar via a PHP type form with fixed data fields and user selectable drop downs for the purpose of data filters IE food type: pizza, steak, seafood etc. Provide site visitors with the ability to view the event calendar after logging onto site. Default calendar by favorite location. Allow user to filter event by location (city and state), Event type IE: movie, musical, community event type, and approx another 3 to 6 filters. Develop advertising placement fields on page with tools to allow for easy placement of client ads. Show calendar by month, week, day and time. Provide follow-me functionality to email users of favorite events in area and other filters. Allow for drill down into additional details of each event listed on calendar with links to additional content about event IE: restaurant review link, movie review link, community event review etc. Integrate calendar into existing website. Looking to complete job in 2 phases: Phase 1: completed and live interactive calendar including the ability to allow for user upload and visitor searchable fields. Ad banner fields available Phase 2: Drill down event details Targeting end of September launch of phase 1 end of October phase 2 or sooner Application must be website exclusive and not built to integrate within one development application only. Database will need to be created to manage data from calendar and pull content from existing database to complete phase 2. Communication is essential and all work will need to be outlined in a project plan with agreed upon completion dates. A test environment will need to be established to review go live prior to launch. Payment will be done in escrow and processed upon completion of each phase. Phases will include project plan, development, testing, launching, go live and additional 30day failure in field testing and correcting. Partial payment can be made prior to field testing of application phase. This project when completed will need additional database management, functionality management and development phases which will be discussed and agreed upon after the initial phases are completed.
