Creating a sts-template for a modified OScommerce shop based on a lay-out.

We need a website/webshop based on a lay-out. The webshop system is a modified OScommerce.
So we’ll need an sts-template.
The webshop is for a butcher. So the products for sale we’ll have different types of quantities. For example: /100gr, /kg, /pers, /piece. The shop owner need to be able to select for a each product which sort of quantities he’ll use. (see attachements for examples)
There won’t be payment online, and no shipping. All the products need to be picked up in the store.
But after placing an order they need to get the likely price they’ll need to pay in the store, when they are going to pick up their goods.
After the template is made there will need to be some other work done with product attributes.
