Adwords API Expert/DatabaseExpert Wanted

Looking to create web-based bid management software similiar to [login to view URL] however much more simple. Job includes: - admin managememt - ability to bill users monthly based upon API usage + % of spend via [login to view URL] / simple invoicing system (can we connect wtih [login to view URL] ) - program to assign each new customer email address for google report to be sent to daily (on our server) and grab data and parse into program database - free trial that stops working after xx days - automated bid system based upon formulas I will reveal upon awarding job Please provide experience with related projects and ball park quote for doing this job - time line - and what guarantee you have on your work.
