Article Manager upgrade

Hi, We have 5 sites where we have Article Manager 1.0 installed. We need to upgrade it to the latest version, and keep the existing articles intact. 3 of the sites should be upgraded ASAP. We also want to add the comment feature to the Article Manager. I.e. users could comment on any article. Links to the sites will be provided via pm. We would highly prefer someone who could start ASAP.
