Custom Sign Widget Needed

I have a small project that I need quoted out for a client. It is not terribly big, but it would give us the opportunity to see how each other works and perhaps this could be a good long term partnership in the future. You MUST be able to communicate fairly promptly and site examples of previous work. Please look at the example website listed below and it's source code carefully to verify you know what is needed . Here is the project as I know it thus far: I believe coding needs to be done in PHP and possibly Perl(?) Need a widget like [login to view URL] with the following modifications: - Single line is 17x6 or 34 x 9, 2 line is 17 x 10 or 24x16 and a 3 line is 17x13 or 34 x 23. - Only up to 2 colors per sign. If the first line is color#1 and second line is color#2, then only allow user to see those 2 colors in the 3rd drop down box - Fonts to use: Arial. Book antique, Calibri normal-italic, Cambria, Chiller, Comic Sans MS, Cooper black, Edwardian Script ITC, Eucrosia UPC, Freehand 521 BT, Gigi, Harrington, Jokerman, Nyala, Old English Test MT, Parchment, Ancient Geek (this last one is a free font download so users can enter Greek symbols. If you have a better idea on how Greek characters for fraternities or sororities can be entered, please please tell me) - Base price will for a single color will be $99 - More than one color the price is $129.00 I have the zip file for the Greek font if needed. Please let me know if this is possible, what the price would be and a possible timeframe.
