Customized IP Booter (1782334)

We are wanting a stress tester/booter customized with a few additional features and design. See screen shot for example of what a stress tester/booter looks like => [login to view URL] For those of you not familiar a stress tester uses shells, botnets, and servers to stress test a specific IP. Our customized booter needs the ability to checkout via paypal packages will be sold based on length of allowed boots and max hits allowed per day per IP. For example: Bronze ($5/month) - 120 second boots / max 5 hits per IP per day Silver ($10/month) - 300 second boots / max 10 hits per IP per day Gold ($20/month) - 600 second boots / max 25 hits per IP per day Platinum ($30/month) - 900 second boots / Unlimited / auto booter feature FEATURES: The admin panel should allow for the packages to be customized. The system needs to use the paypal API and update the users account when paid and suspend it when payment is not made. Force a 3 minute cool down period between boots. Ability to set max # of boots per hour per user. Ability to add shells, servers, and bots via admin panel We will provide graphic icons and mock-up for GUI but the design will need to be coded into the script.
