Our online Merchant Account provider (Bank of America) is switching payment gateways to Cybersource. The secure credit card transaction information (entering name, address, credit card number, etc) is processed on the Cybersource site. We do not use a shopping cart, since our customers only select one product (a membership in our association). Cybersource requires the page on our site where the customer chooses to purchase a membership by clicking a "buy now" button, must done in either PHP, Perl, or ASP. Cybersouce provides us with a unique security code file, depending on what application we use PHP, Perl, or ASP. I can download a new security code file in whatever application I choose. I then have to upload to our site into the same file folder with my "buy now" page. When you go to that page and press "buy now", it pulls certain information from security code and and the customer is taken to a Hosted Order Page on the Cybersource site where they complete the transaction by entering their credit card information, etc. I have my web page set up with the buy now button and have it loaded to our server with the security code. For my web page, I copied the necessary code right out of the "how to" manual from Cybersource, but it's not communicating with the security code file. When I click "buy now" I get an error form generated from Cybersouce that shows the fields which should be pulled from the security code did not pass through. The only fields passing through are ones that don't require communication with the security code. I tried making my page in Perl, PHP and ASP but none of them worked. Same errors every time. I don't know those applications anyway, I only know html. My web host is Earthlink ~ don't know if that matters or not. I need someone who has worked on Cybersource issues like this who can get our page working before Bank of America cuts us off from using their current gateway, which is going to be very soon.
