C Programmers

We need a C language developer to help us out with a Traffic Manager.

This traffic manager will be written in pure C language.

It must be able to do the following:

- the output will be displayed in a .html or .cgi document

1) list individuals ip address, who visited the website and the time they were on the website

2) how long they stayed on the website

3) The estimated bandwidth they used (percentage wise)

4) ip address of the people who bookmarked the site

5) cheat logs

6) ability to block individuals

7) track REFERRERS to the website (where individuals came from)

8) Maxuim clicks per individuals (webpage will appear saying this website is under maintenance if an individuals hits soo many clicks/page views)

Must be written in pure C language and information will be outputed in .html, or .cgi document (preferably) you can suggest others.

It must work on Linux or Windows system, we will be buying a new web server, so please advise us which one you'd be making it for.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
