Design and or code front end of website

Need a website designed. The site will have all the same functions and should have a similar design as: <[login to view URL]> We we need you to design and code the front end. We will code the cms and and database. If you would just like to do the design and have someone else code then post a bid and say "just for design" A mockup will help you if you just want that job. We would like it to have all the same features and functions as the sample site but with a little bit different of a design. Attached is a picture labeled "1" to use as the main image in some way on the home page. There is also an image labled "2" to use somewhere on the site. For now use the same text from the Books tell us why site and we will change it afterward. The Rare books, signed books, and first editions. Should also have the scrolling images at the bottom. Again we will code the cms and database. You just have to design and code the front end of the site.
