Add/fix print function for webbased file viewer - php

We have a client that has files on a server. Through our website our client is able to view a list of all of their files alphabetically and retrieve them to view online. The files are turned into images on the server using a print to image program. Then the image is securely transferred to my client's computer through their website. The files are encrypted using OpenSSL. The files are .doc, .pdf, etc and are all using doc2pdf file to convert the files to images. The website files on the server and on the website are all PHP files. What we need: 1) My client is replacing their remote server so we need to have all the files from the server to be copied. Then all the files need to be re-installed on the new server. This includes all programs such as doc2pdf, openssl, msword, etc. 2) Currently the files come as a single image. This is a problem when my client tries to print a file that is 2 or 3 pages. Only the first page prints and the other pages are lost. We need for a programmer to fix this printing issue so that multiple page files can be printed from the website. 3) It currently takes about 20 seconds to see a file through the website. This is because the file is being converted to an image and then encrypted. then it is downloaded to the website server where it is decrypted and then displayed to my client.
