**What I need done:**
We have a search engine marketing (SEM) company, [url removed, login to view], where we currently manage accounts on Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing for my clients. I am looking to create a self-service website where new clients can setup their SEM campaign and submit payment to us through ConversionAvenue.com. Our website would have a platform that automatically sends their campaign information to Yahoo and Google via the YSM and Adwords API's. The scope of this project is to create the entire website and platform including the creation of the user interface for clients to create and manage their ad campaign on ConversionAvenue, submit payment and receive invoice records from ConversionAvenue, automation in sending the campaign created on ConversionAvenue to Yahoo and Google through the YSM and Adwords API's, and pulling basic reporting info on their campaigns on the YSM and Adwords through the API's to display on ConversionAvenue. These are all processes that we do today manually, and as you can see, we are looking to automate it in an end-to-end self service platform.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:**
The Product Requirements Document and designs for the user interface have already been built and are ready for handoff. Our company is based in San Jose, California, and is an advocate for agile development practices; it is preferred if the work is done in the Bay Area and the team is available for regular check-ins.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:**
You must have experience working with API's (ideally, experience with the YSM and Adwords API's). You must have experience building sites with secure payment, invoicing, and billing account management. Experienced professional teams and web development firms only.

Timeframe for delivery:**
I need to have this up and running within 2 months. I expect the scope of the project to require 3 months of full-time engineering effort. I require that a team of at least two engineers work on it to meet the expected time to delivery. Full-time employment for 2 to 3 engineers after the initial launch may also be desired if the quality of your team's output is high.
