CDN hosted video analytics proof of concept

I'd like to determine the best possible delivery approach for a video website.
Business Requirements:
1. Videos stream easily (immediate response)
2. Videos are protected from download
3. Analytics from [url removed, login to view] are available
4. Of course, the lower the running costs the better.
At the moment, I have a few videos made for testing purposes. On my hosting provider (dream) JWPlayer is already licensed, so I'd prefer either using this or another decent opensource video streaming tool, so that I am not tied to a specific provider. The file can be located on dreamhost if the performance is ok, or on a CDN. I have a few in mind. Most likely, the most useful technologies for this project are Javascript and Flash.
The deliverable is one page in a wordpress environment, where 3-5 alternative options are installed, configured, and are gathering tubmogul inplay analytics.
