City guide website required

The site will be mostly text. I will give you the site map and you will setup a content management system allowing the site owner to add text and images himself to the different pages of the site. I will also give you a hand-drawn layout of what the homepage should look like. The following tools are also required: - a form where visitors can enter their details and this will be emailed to the site owner. - a mortgage calculator, a currency converter and a map (I'll give you a link to a site where these can found), RSS news feed - a forum where visitors can login and post questions or comments The text on this site will be in Russian so Russian speaker is preferred but not required. My timeline to complete this job is 10 days. Site will be hosted on a Hostgator shared server.
