Consulting on Joomla & Content Mangement & Site Redesign

I am very interested in getting immediate, per-hour? consulting advice about rebuilding a site for a large nationwide organization in the U.S.? I am submitting proposal tomorrow morning (New York City time) If the proposal is accepted, as a second phase, I will need to have the coders actually rebuild the site, the most flexible manner possible, but with new features (this will be a per-project payment). The site is <[login to view URL]> The immediate concern is cost and advantages to building it in HTML & CSS versus Joomla, or another platform -- with a **content management system** (which will enable client to update and change information). Additional points I need immediate consulting for: **1) Best hosting for the site** - costs and advantages **2) Managing a listserv** - costs and avantages of different services **3) Member directory** - with searchability function, adding and deleting members. **4) Future online advertising** - ensuring any site that's built can accommodate advertisements.? 5) Costs for **monthly maintenance** of all the above! Please note that the entire site has to be owned by the organization, and I will need to see all files and the site function on my server, with source code! ? Pleae feel free? to ask as many clarifying questions as possible, since I understand there may be many factors and issues I have not addressed.? The best solution for now is for me to present a few alternatives and the cost and advantages for each. I have a lot of other potential work down the line, and would love to build an ongoing relationship with companies and outsource much more work! Thank you very much!
