Create web graphics application similar to Face in Hole, but simpler!

SUMMARY Seeking added functionality for our halloween costumes site so people can see THEIR face on the costume images. Interfae should be as simple and elegant as FaceinHole, but not the same so we don't violate copyright. User can select from our template library of images with holes cut in the faces, upload their own pic or take webcam pic, move/zoom/rotate/adjust pic to fit template, and save/share on FB and twitter. Additional feature: they can upload their own template and cut a hole where the face is, and use that. It's assumed you'll use open source software as much as possible to keep within budget. Please mention how much lower your quote would be if we skipped the Additional Feature above. See attached for expanded description. ## Deliverables 1) Users can select from our library of templates (e.g. see <http://www.faceinhole.com/us/scenarios/14/costumes/most-created/ever/1/numholes=1> ) 2) They can insert their picture into the template (e.g. see <[login to view URL]> ) Note only TWO of the functions at above link are required - a) via upload b) via taking webcam picture (Facebook and Search icon/features are NOT required. But feel free to quote separately for those) 3) Once headshot image uploaded or picture taken, it can be moved, zoomed, rotated, and adjusted/contrasted in just the same way as in the above link 4) Final image can be saved to harddrive by user or shared on facebook or twitter similar to link above, BUT - WITHOUT requesting to allow their information. SEPARATE ADDITIONAL FEATURE 5) If they don't like our templates, they can cut a hole in their OWN template by choosing one of our costume images ([[login to view URL]][1]) . (At faceinhole, click on 'Make your own scenario' (you'll need to create a free account). Instead of uploading or searching web, it will search our site for an image using our search bar functionality). - they can then go to Step 2) - Their new template is added to our library of templates for others to use. Please quote for all 5 steps, but MENTION in your reply how much less would cost if we only did steps 1-4.
