I need a custom CRM/Database built with two sides - Sales and Support/Service. Pages will include, Contact Info, Dashboard, Reports, Document Attachments, Financial Interview Form with Built in Formulas to Calculate quotes, Date and User Stamped Notes, Tasks.
Must be able to integrate with Quickbooks and Outlook Email.
Leads will come in through Outlook and must be able to automatically merge into Database and be distributed to Users.
Must be able to tally numbers based on User clicks on certain pages or fields.
