I need a custom WordPress theme for a corporate website.
The theme must have separate category pages with custom header graphics that are unique to each specific category.
We are a telecommunications company who is adding a website for our involvement with the community as a type of image building information source.
This is the theme that we are currently looking to use as far as the layout.

The changes that we would like to make are:
1) custom header graphics on each category, which you will create from images provided once the bid has been awarded.
2) Custom background image that you will create
3) change the layouts for the pages; home, category, and child pages so that the header graphic is at the very top and text or links go below the header graphic.
4) Create a new header graphic for the home page. that is a flash header that covers from the top of the page down 250 pixels. We will provide the images for the header.
5) We would also like to see a nice rounded border around the entire content area (header graphic, posts, links, sidebars etc.) including a drop shadow to make the page stand out.
6) custom theme related bars for the content headers in the sidebars. (ie. content, links, posts, etc.)
