Data to a microchip

I am looking to have the **Dictionary** available to me for use "in a form that would fit the complete data onto a microchip"

## Deliverables

A key feature of the dictionary on the chip should be the ability of the data to "quickly" sort to the FIRST letter of the word the person picks.

***example:***? ? Chocolate -? *comprises a number of raw and processed foods that are produced from the seed of the tropical cacao tree*.

I would like the application to "immediately START the search from? the letter "C" for chocolate and not start at " A " each time - ? for reasons of speed/performance.
