Develop WordPress Plugin

Design a WordPress plugin that allows a visitor to my website to enter a 6 digit code. I want the last 150 codes entered to be displayed on the page. Listed in order from 1 to 150. The most recently entered code would be in position 1. When a new code has been entered the position 1 code moves to position 2 and position 150 falls off the list.
