aMember Script Cron Modification

I have a cron that a coder wrote for me that does not work and one that does. ? I would like a professional to have a look at the one that does not work and make it work. ? It uses the aMember script to grab info out of a DB table that has not been sent in the previous cron and sends it out. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, (I am really looking for someone who knows aMember because I have a lot of future work on this script.)
